Our Vision
To Inspire minds and create independent confident learners who grow to fulfill their potential, ready for the next journey.

Our Intention
We aim to create a homely nurturing environment that motivates, inspires and challenges children in their learning.

Fascination, creativity and endless possibilities for learning are at the core of what we do.

Our Values
Our values incorporate fundamental British values and we believe children need and deserve a secure foundation rich in:

  • Curiosity- Being involved, responsive, & interested

  • Happiness & Wellbeing- Feeling cared for, show kindness to others and promote healthy choices.

  • Achievement- Aiming high, high quality, high expectation and achievement.

  • Respect- Promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, equality, fairness and opportunity.

  • Family- We are all valued and feel part of the Radnor Park Kindergarten family in a strong and nurturing environment.

  • Communication- Being open and honest with each other, with our parent/carers and our team.

  • Challenging- Testing ourselves and those around us.

  • Goals- Developing skills for learning and aiming high.  Celebrating the successes and achievements of all individuals no matter how small.

Our Curriculum
The pedagogy within our kindergarten is play based and underpinned by the development matters framework 2023 and the curiosity approach.  We want our children to be able to lead their own learning and to develop through their interactions with each other, the environment and the adults in our setting.  We provide high quality continuous provision to support learning and development, supplemented by specifically planned enhanced, challenging and enriched adult led activities and interventions.  Children have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a wealth of experiences that provide rich and varied learning opportunities based on their individual interests and current phase of learning to ensure all children reach their full potential.
