Leadership Team

Finance Coordinator: Ting Healey 

Ting is responsible for the financial health of the setting and ensuring that the business runs smoothly to enable the management team to concentrate on the care and education of the children.  Ting, qualified to Post Graduate level and HNC in Early Years Childcare and Education.

Our strong team is led by: Emily Sargeant

Emily holds a foundation degree in Early Years Childcare and Development and has been with us since the first day we opened in January 1998.  A trained and experienced leader Emily leads by example and is always found supporting each and every section of our team.  Emily is also our Child Protection and SENCO coordinator.

Duty Manager: Emma Reene

Emma holds a Level 4 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education and started out as one of our apprentices working and training her way to becoming duty manager.  Emma has worked and led in all three sections of our setting and is responsible for the day to day running of the setting. Emma is also our Child Protection and SENCO coordinator alongside Emily.

Duty Manager: Carly Sewett

Carly has been at the setting since 2008, latterly as baby unit leader and holds a level 3 in Early Years and Education. Carly has been the administrator at the setting for two years and is now going to move to the Duty Management team working alongside Emily and Emma. Carly holds a Safeguarding and Health and Safety Qualification.

Duty Manager: Anne Martin

Anne worked for us for a number of years leading the baby unit and after a couple of years abroad has come back into the fold and worked in the toddler section for a few years. We are so happy to welcome her back as she has immeasurable experience in working with children of all ages and the children love her caring attitude. Anne is currently working alongside the management team as a duty manager.

The management team are supported in their administrative duties by: Chloe Tidy

Chloe was previously our baby unit leader and holds an NVQ level 3 qualification in Early Years and Education.  She will be keeping all the paperwork up to date and passing daily information over to Ting.

Our QTS: Loren Mackett

Loren holds Qualified Teacher Status and previously worked in a primary school with early years children. She has taught reception class for over five years. As an enthusiast of the outdoors, Loren is a qualified Forest School Leader and is looking forward to embracing some of the philosophies here at Radnor Park Kindergarten. Loren is passionate about ensuring children have the best possible foundations within their early years to ensure they are ready for their next steps and transitions.
